Novuna Business Cash Flow, a provider of cash flow finance solutions for SMEs and corporate clients across various UK sectors, announces a strategic expansion of its corporate sales and operations team. This initiative underscores its commitment to strengthening its foothold in the corporate finance market.

To support its growth strategy, Novuna Business Cash Flow has strengthened its corporate sales team with new additions: Phillip Speed, Scott Pendlebury, and Katarzyna (Kasia) Brzozowska, under the leadership of Shaun Bennett, Head of Corporate Sales. Each team member brings a wealth of experience and expertise in corporate sales, extending beyond invoice finance, and is well-positioned to help prospects and clients structure their finances effectively to achieve their growth ambitions.

Shaun Bennett, Head of Corporate Sales, expressed his enthusiasm for the recent additions to the team, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Phillip, Scott, and Kasia to Novuna. Their combined experience and fresh perspectives will be invaluable as we continue to expand our footprint in the corporate finance space. I am incredibly excited about the future of Novuna’s corporate sales team, and confident that our new team members will play a pivotal role in our ongoing success.”

Expanding the Operations Team to Support Growth

To complement the sales team, Novuna Business Cash Flow has also strengthened its operational capacity by adding to the team responsible for managing facilities. Andy Sutton joins as Corporate Relationship Manager, bringing over 37 years of financial services experience across multiple disciplines. He joins Nick Slack and Will Hall, forming a robust team dedicated to ensuring the smooth setup and ongoing management of client facilities.

The collaboration between the sales and operations teams is central to Novuna’s strategy of supporting ongoing growth and delivering excellence to clients across the corporate and SME markets.

Novuna Business Cash Flow secures major contract

In a significant win for the team, Novuna Business Cash Flow has recently onboarded a £20 million Invoice Discounting Recruitment company, underscoring Novuna’s appetite to secure substantial corporate deals. This achievement is one of many that highlight the effectiveness of the newly bolstered corporate sales team.

While Novuna is expanding its reach into larger corporate deals, the company remains committed to serving the UK’s SMEs, ensuring that all deals continue to be an integral part of the business strategy.
