Arbra Partners, the global asset management and wealth advisory firm, has launched its first High Conviction Private Markets Basket — a curated portfolio of high-growth private technology companies including SpaceX, Varda, and Ramp.
Designed around Arbra’s proprietary investment thesis, the Basket targets breakthrough innovations and transformative tech trends expected to define the global economy of the future. Each investment undergoes rigorous due diligence, offering clients access to a diversified pool of tomorrow’s most impactful private market opportunities.
The strategy is anchored in Arbra’s belief in core technology sectors — such as aerospace, AI, fintech, and next-gen manufacturing — that it sees as central to shaping the next economic era.
- Democratisation of technology
- Global surge in talent
- AI as an innovation catalyst
- Government as consumers of technology
Exposure to underlying assets in the Basket is achieved via direct positions on company cap tables or through select allocations alongside Tier-1 GPs via co-investments or syndicates. Typically, the investment is at Series B+ stage in companies focused on North America and Europe. The minimum investment size is $500,000 and the Basket is targeting opportunistic exits (i.e. without waiting for the liquidity event of an IPO or M&A) within 4-5 years. The group will propose Baskets on a rolling basis through the year incorporating opportunities as they present themselves.
Arbra’s investment thesis means it has a strong investment conviction in specific sub-sectors which it has identified as capturing the best upside in the next tech cycle, including:
- Industrialisation 4.0 (advanced manufacturing, robotics, space / defence tech)
- Climate tech (nuclear energy, advanced power grids, battery tech, carbon capture)
- Enterprise technologies (fintech, AI and ML, cybersecurity, cloud and big data)
Arbra is primarily focused on growth and its hybrid approach, combining the best of VC and hedge fund methodologies, enables it to curate the highest-conviction companies in its Baskets. These are promising businesses that stand out in the market, are solving real problems, address a huge market, have high-quality investor backing, dominate cut-throat competition and grow every day.
Arbra’s High Conviction Private Market Basket I LP is a Delaware-based Special Purpose Vehicle.
Arbra specialises in alternative investments along with a BRICS focus. Besides offering conventional asset management and wealth advice, the Group presents clients with unique M&A and investment opportunities from around the world.
