Minebea Intec, a leading global manufacturer of industrial weighing and inspection technologies, is setting its sights on continued international growth with the return of Frank Wieland as Chief Sales Officer (CSO). The appointment signals the company’s commitment to reinforcing its global sales operations.

For nearly two decades, Frank Wieland has played an instrumental role in shaping Minebea Intec’s success in various positions – most recently as CSO. Now returning to this pivotal leadership role, he will oversee sales, marketing, product management, and service, with a strong focus on driving further international growth. The priority will be to expand the company’s presence in key growth markets, particularly in Asia, while continuing to improve service for customers worldwide.

Strategic Continuity in Management
This leadership change follows the retirement of Peter Grimley from his role as CSO. Grimley will continue to support Minebea Intec as Vice Chairman, where he will focus on specialist areas and provide strategic guidance to the Board.
